Payment

We accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments via PayPal secure gateway.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds that have been paid to Walk the High Street have cleared in full.

Order Notes

Please note that transactions will be processed in GBP sterling or Euros depending on your selection. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Walk the High Street monitors prices on a daily basis.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. This website operates on an ‘invitation to treat’ basis and not as an ‘offer for sale’ as a result, Walk the High Street reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery and Returns

When products are made to order, please allow 28 days for delivery. If you require a product sooner, please call us and we will try to help.

UK Deliveries

Orders for UK delivery will be shipped by letter post for small items or overnight carrier, depending on location for most of our main products. We aim to hold all products in stock and normal time from placing an online order to receipt of goods is 2 – 3 working days.

After placing your order, you will usually receive a tracking number and link to enable you to track the delivery of your order. If this does not appear please feel free to contact us directly where we will be happy to assist. Occasionally items may be on a longer delivery and we will notify customers of extended delivery dates from receipt of your order. All goods sent by carrier require a signature upon delivery. Use the comments text box on the order system if you would like to suggest another location if you are out – ideally a neighbour. If no signature can be taken, then a card will be left and you will need to call the number on the card to re-arrange delivery. Delivery charges are based on weight and size of parcel.

You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm Walk The High Street or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others.
